I still remember the first time
I heard your heart beat
I still remember the first time
I saw you when you was still in my tummy
I still remember the day you were born
how happy your father and I was
I still remember when we brought
you home for the first time
I still remember your sweet little
smiles and your giggles
I still remember how
soft your skin was when I rocked you to sleep at night
I still and always will remember
the little girl I still call my angel
I still remember
